ChemFil Superior is a fast-setting glass ionomer restorative material consisting of a blend of alumino silicate glass and polyacrylic acid. The powder is mixed with distilled water to produce a filling material which adheres to dentin and enamel producing tightly sealed, strong and esthetic restorations.

ChemFil Superior restorative is available in seven shades:

• LY ‚Äì Light-Yellow, similar to VITA¬Æ shade C1

• LYG ‚Äì Light-Yellow-Grey, similar to VITA¬Æ shade A2

• LG ‚Äì Light-Grey, similar to VITA¬Æ shade B2
\n
• DG ‚Äì Dark-Grey, similar to VITA¬Æ shade D4
\n
• DY ‚Äì Dark-Yellow, similar to VITA¬Æ shade A3
\n
• GB ‚Äì Grey-Brown, similar to VITA¬Æ shade A4

Indications:-

• Restoration of Class I and II cavities of deciduous teeth.
\n
• Restoration of Class III cavities.
\n
• Restoration of Class V lesions and cavities.
\n
• Temporary and semi-permanent restorations.
\n
• Fissure fillings (minimal Class I cavities).
\n
