The two tunnelling instruments have been further developed and minimise the risk of perforation when creating a buccal split flap. The working ends are spoon-shaped and are angled to facilitate preparation in convex anatomical areas. The ergonomic handle allows for maximum comfort and maximum control of the transfer of force. The matt handle surface reduces irritating light reflections.
